Argo CD is the declarative, GitOps application delivery tool for Kubernetes. With Argo CD you can manage application definitions, configurations, and environments declaratively in Git. Argo CD user experience makes Kubernetes application deployment and lifecycle management automated, auditable, and easy to grasp.  

With vCluster you can create fully functional virtual Kubernetes clusters. Each vCluster runs inside a namespace of the underlying Kubernetes cluster. It's cheaper than creating separate full-blown clusters and it offers better multi-tenancy and isolation than regular namespaces.
